Clothing 360 is a non-government organization that serves as a rallying point and coordinator to drive concerted effort for ISID of Nigeria's CTG value chain. We are unbiased, transparent and operate with utmost integrity. This provides an advantage to attract and gain the trust of prospective foreign investors and buyers.

Similarly, our position enables us to attract and engage local stakeholders often neglected such as the youth, women and micro and small businesses in the informal sector. Our ability to engage stakeholders across the spectrum is how we will achieve inclusive and sustainable growth in the value chain.

To tailor our AAE to various stakeholders in the CTG value chain, we grouped all the stakeholders into two (2):

  1. Local stakeholders comprising:
    • Public sector
    • Private sector – supply side (direct and indirect links to the value chain) and demand side.
  2. Foreign stakeholders also comprising:
    • Public sector
    • Private sector – supply side (direct and indirect links to the value chain) and demand side.

The target audiences within the 2 groups include but are not limited to: the Nigerian Government (Federal, State and local levels); Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs); International Development Organizations (IDOs); Development Finance Institutions (DFIs); CTG value chain players such as large factories, MSMEs, the informal sector; Organized Private Sector such as associations, unions, etc., local and foreign private investors; Other local and foreign NGOs; local buyers (public and private institutions) that use uniforms such as schools, banks, NYSC, the armed forces – military, navy, air force, etc.; Multinational retail brands, buyers and sourcing agents; Nigerian public and the world at large.
